MLA Laxmi, Her Team Ready 24×7 to Attend Corona Crises Affected



The Belagavi Rural Congress MLA Laxmi Hebbalkar urged the government to provide milk, fodder to every family in badly affected Hirebagewadi village in her constituency as the C-19 relaxation may go more tight with the addition of 14 more in the positives list from Thursday.

Speaking to news persons after holding a meeting with higher officials here on Thursday, she said she has written a letter to CM Yeddyurappa and appealed him to supply milk to people and fodder to animal as people may not be allowed to step out from the houses from Thursday. People may not only survived if given rice, dal etc but also other ingredients must needed for food. Government must act sharply and arrange to supply of fodder and packaged milk to every home.

The said people avail ration and vegetable easily but not the ingredients, the lockdown relaxation may be tightened with the addition of 14 more positives were people may not be allowed to step out from the home for which they must be provided essential commodities to the doorstep.

She said Hirebagewadi has about 600 Job Card holders who are now feeling unsecured with often hit to the village by the virus. It was the responsibility of the government to ensure confidence among the villagers by conducting medical test of the people.

She said she, her son Mrinal, brother Channaraj and the members of the Laxmitayi Foundation available round-the-clock to the people of the constituency, especially Hirebagewadi in the crucial time.

Belagavi District In-charge of COVID-19 Rajendra Cholan, DC SB Bommanhalli were present in the meeting.
